📨 SHIPPING & MAILING

Q: Do you ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS?
Yes. We’re an authorized FedEx Ship Center, UPS Access Point, and USPS Drop-Off location. You can compare rates from all three carriers and choose the best option for speed and price.

Q: Can I drop off a prepaid package or Amazon return?
Yes. As long as it has a printed label. For Amazon, make sure you choose the UPS Drop-off option (it will say “Box and label needed”). Email the label to PostalProsAZ@gmail.com and we’ll print it for Free. If you need a box, we can provide one for Free. If the item is Fragile and you don’t have the box it came in, we may charge a small fee.

Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes. We handle worldwide shipping through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We’ll help you with customs forms and proper packaging.

Q: Can you pack fragile or oversized items?
Absolutely. We offer professional packing, custom boxes, and wood crating for large or delicate shipments. We document our packing process with video in case an insurance claim is ever needed.

📬 MAILBOX SERVICES

Q: What’s the difference between a private mailbox and a P.O. Box?
Private mailboxes come with a real street address (not a P.O. Box number), which means you can receive deliveries from FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon.

Q: What do I need to open a mailbox?
Two forms of ID and a completed USPS Form 1583. If you bring your documents to us, we can notarize the form in-store for free — saving you the $25 online notary fee.

Q: Can more than one person receive mail in my box?
Yes. Each additional authorized person needs their own completed Form 1583.

Q: Do mailbox customers get discounts?
Yes. All mailbox holders (private or virtual) receive 20% off Printing Services, including business cards, signs, and custom gifts.

💻 VIRTUAL MAILBOXES

Q: How do virtual mailboxes work?
We partner with iPostal1, Anytime Mailbox, and PostScan Mail. You’ll receive an Arizona street address, and you can view and manage your mail from your phone or computer.

Q: Can I use a virtual mailbox if I live out of state?
Yes. Many customers use our address to establish an Arizona presence for business or personal reasons. We forward mail anywhere in the U.S. or abroad.

🖨️ PRINTING SERVICES

Q: What printing services do you offer?
We print documents, banners, blueprints, yard signs, and more. We also print high-quality photos and custom sublimation items like mugs, ornaments, and keychains.

Q: What makes your photo prints different from big box stores?
We use a professional 10-ink Canon Pro 310 system on premium Foto-Lustre paper. Most big stores use 3- or 4-ink systems on cheaper paper, so our prints have richer color and detail.

Q: Can I order prints online?
Yes. You can upload your files through our web-to-print site at fzwebtoprint.com/s/88148825. Large format and photo prints can be ordered online, while sublimation orders are handled in-store or by email.

📄 DOCUMENT & SPECIALTY SERVICES

Q: What notary services do you provide?
We notarize titles, affidavits, power of attorney, and other standard documents. For documents requiring witnesses, we can provide a witness for an additional $10.

Q: What types of fingerprinting do you do?
We provide ink-card fingerprinting for IVP (teachers, school staff, volunteers) and non-IVP (medical, licensing, CCW, security guard) purposes. Prices start at $29 depending on card type.

Q: How much does U-Haul rental cost?
Truck rentals start at $19.99 per day plus mileage and insurance. Prices vary by truck size and distance. Reservations can be made online through U-Haul or by calling us directly.

Q: What is “media digitizing”?
We partner with After Image Video Productions in Cincinnati, OH. Bring your tapes, reels, or slides to us; we ship them safely to After Image, and they handle the digitizing before returning your finished files.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOM PACKING

Q: Do you offer packing for international shipments?
Yes. We use strong boxes, foam, and weather-resistant materials to prepare packages for long-distance shipping. We also help complete customs paperwork.

Q: Can you build custom boxes or crates?
Yes. We design and build custom boxes and wood crates for artwork, antiques, and fragile or heavy items.

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and business checks.
