Founded by Joe Russo, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with 7 years of experience in supply chain logistics, our business is built on precision, reliability, and service. After serving his country, Joe spent 16 years as a high school physics teacher and educational consultant, always committed to making a difference in people’s lives.

Joe comes from a family of small business owners in the restaurant industry and has always valued the hard work and connection that comes with serving a local community. After moving to Surprise over 7 years ago, Joe, his wife Teresa, and their four kids made it their permanent home—and fell in love with everything this vibrant community has to offer.

Postal Pros AZ was born out of Joe’s desire to return to his small business roots and support others in their daily operations—whether it’s mail receiving, document printing, secure shipping, or business services. Our mission is simple: to be a reliable partner for individuals, families, and especially fellow small and medium-sized businesses in Surprise, Sun City West, and Sun City Grand.
