Our Story
After years of seeing how impersonal corporate stores could be, owner Joe Russo decided to open a place that truly serves the community one customer at a time. Postal Pros AZ was built on the belief that service should be Personal, Professional, and Reliable. It started as a simple pack-and-ship store but has grown into a full-service business center trusted by individuals, families, and small businesses across the West Valley.
Meet the Owner
Joe Russo is the owner and operator of Postal Pros AZ. A proud US Marine Corps Veteran and former Hight School Science & Math teacher, Joe built Postal Pros AZ with one goal in mind: to bring honesty, reliability, and personal service back to the pack-and-ship and print industry.
After more than a decade in education and logistics, Joe saw an opportunity to create something better for this community: a locally owned store that treats every customer like family and every job like it matters, because it does.
Joe lives in Surprise with his wife Teresa and four children. When he’s not helping customers, you’ll find him volunteering in the community, working on local school projects, or coaching youth sports.
